All prices include VAT. The accommodation is from 1.1.2020, according to the amendment to the Local Fees Act No. 278/2019 Coll. and Decree of the City of Liberec 5/2019, a fee of CZK 40 per day with 0% VAT charged for the stay, regardless of the purpose of the stay.

For our regular guests, those, who stay long-term or occupy more rooms, we offer individual prices.

Cancel fees: If you canceled or changed reservation up to 24 hours before of the arrival day to 13.00, you will not be charged any fee. If you canceled or changed your reservation on arrival date, you will be charged 100% of the first night.

No smoking in rooms and wellness. In violation of the ban will be charged a fee of 1,000 CZK.
